2-) CARRIER SYSTEM PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY:
Manufacturing is done with fully automatic rollforming machines. Profiler forming the structure: With the Continue profile line, all necessary forms are created and the necessary installation and connection spaces are opened completely under computer control. During the manufacturing and assembly stages, no welding is used. Joints are made with special norm bolts and / or screws.
The required seismic and static calculations according to the region where the building is located are made with Sap2000, CFS, STA4CAD, BRICSCAD, HAYESCAD programs according to the load values determined in the projects and standards.
